Larry Drury

I have been a full time realtor since 2009 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.  My good friend, Ryan, recruited me to join him and start a Real Estate team and we have increased sales every year since I started regardless of the market, economy and number of team members.


Our business plan is very simple, CUSTOMER SERVICE above all!  We take great pride in delivering the best possible experience for clients whether they are buying or selling a home.  We rely heavily on repeat business and referrals from our past clients and friends.  I feel so fortunate to work on such a great team that always has each other's backs and therefore, your back!

I consider myself to be very versatile as the Lead Buyer's Specialist. Whether it's helping growing families into their "next step" home, guiding empty nesters through downsizing, or representing many clients looking for their higher end dream home, I have experienced many sides of real estate and different market situations. In addition, I've also purchased a foreclosed home for my family and worked through the entire process of renovation from start to finish. This personal experience has provided me with great knowledge and insight that I am not only able to share with professional rehabbers, but also with every day buyers who may ask what a rough estimate might be for a change they envision as we are walking through a potential home.  

I am a fierce negotiator and take it as a personal challenge to try and get my clients the best possible deal.  With the forever changing real estate markets you need an experienced agent that has closed hundreds of deals to guide you through the entire process.

Kevin Davis

As a Buyer Specialist my job isn’t to SELL you on something, it’s to help you make an informed decision on the purchase of your next home or investment. My goal is to provide one of a kind customer service and develop a professional relationship with my clients that lasts a lifetime. From your first home to your last home, I want to be there every step of the way!

 

My experience in real estate is extensive and quite unique compared to most agents. I started in 2013, at 26 years old, working for a small brokerage that was focused on rehab and investment opportunities. While working for the brokerage I speculated properties, oversaw construction, and discussed investment strategies as well as income potential on investment properties throughout St. Louis. I have a depth of knowledge in rehab costs and love to educate my retail buyers on projects that may increase value to their homes.

 

In 2015 I took a position with the largest title company in the St. Louis area. While serving as the title company’s Sales and Marketing Representative for the St. Louis area, I developed a knowledge in the behind the scenes steps it takes to legally transfer property. In this position I built relationships with hundreds of agents and mortgage lenders throughout the St. Louis area and use those relationships to gain an advantage for my buyer clients in finding great properties and ensure smooth deals.

 

After a year with the title company I sincerely missed working as an agent. I joined forces with Shakofsky, Drury & Davis in the spring of ’16 and have loved every minute of it! We are a small, power house team that goes above and beyond the call of duty, while having fun and building relationships with our clients. We keep the team small in order to personalize the experience and ensure that you know who you are working with during your buying/selling experience.

Sydney Woehler

With increases in use of mobile devices, computers, social media and websites such as Zillow and Realtor a large portion of home searches are taking place online. Photos and video are the first thing a potential buyer sees when researching properties that are for sale. I am known for my beautiful photos. I take as many photos as necessary to properly display the home and property surrounding it, including those special details many photographers often forget. I pay close attention to obtain correct white balance, color saturation and pride myself in showing the BEST and most REALISTIC representation with my photographs, which leads to quick sales and very happy clients.

My background starts with a degree in photography but it's all the experiences in between that lead me to this perfect position with Shakofsky, Drury & Davis.  I have owned my own business so I truly understand what it means to engage with clients and extend the utmost care.  I am continually learning new techniques and perfecting my craft, including obtaining my real estate license.

Not only do I produce amazing photos of homes, but I also assist Ryan and the team through contract management, digital marketing, print marketing, and orchestrating communication between the agents, title companies, and clients.
